If you can see this information it means you have been granted access to it by the tournament organizers. This content is NOT meant to be used by the general public.

This tool is meant to allow the team reps and the members of the organizing committee (O.E.) to conduct in a safe and anonymous way the roster control process. 

To the right is a form that communicates directly w/ the O.E. and you can use it to report anonymously evidence that you have in hand that a specific player is currently playing without an exception that requires it.

Below this anonymous form is the full player registry which is filtered by team affiliation or level of exception. We provide herein the profile pic of the player his age category, and a star (★) if the player carries 1 or 2 (max) exceptions.

In division A+B the max ★  allowed per team is 3 while in division C+N it is 1. Please refer to the bylaws for information as to what constitutes an exception and how the age brackets (U27, 27+, 44+ and 47+) impact this matter.

The point of this process is to provide a level playing field for all participating teams in each division. This tool is meant to standardize, simplify and secure this process.
